So two of my friends asked me a few relationship questions today. Not really about my relationship, but what they should do in theirs. I find it some what flattering because I was not having that great of a relationship although things seems to be better now. It’s humbling in a way and somewhat scary for me because I have my feelings on how I should go about a relationship, but I’m not sure that is how they feel so I don’t want to screw anyone or two people up because of my views. However I haven’t had any hate emails or calls coming to me, so I assume that either they don’t take what I say and do it, which is good, cause advice is not what should be done, just a point of view, or they do things their own way, which is good because it’s your life not mine.
Today I think I gave good advice to someone to wait because I think it’s what should be done and the individual agreed with me and then I gave advice to leave things alone in which the individual also agreed with me. I am in no way a relationship expert I do however think that sometimes outside people should be asking because their emotions aren’t involved.

Today I received an email that contained a quote that I found most approrpiate. Mostly everyone knows the saying “The grass is greener on the other side.” However this email I recieved made me realize something that I had not thought of earlier.
The grass may be greener on the other side but that is probably because they are watering it and taking care of it, putting work into the greeness if you will. This is not to say that your grass cannot be green but that you must put work into it to make it green. So many times people think things will get better with them just sitting around and doing nothing. I know I’ve gone through that however I have gotten out of that state of mind. My grass is green because of the choices and decisions I make daily. Wasting time kills your grass while being productive through out the day helps it green and grow. Some times if you sit around yea there might be rain one day that helps your grass turn or remain green however you can’t count on it to rain everday or even every week or month.
Just like weather there are seasons in a persons life that may help water the grass or not. Hurricane season for one, may cause destruction but hey the grass is green. There become times like in the winter where an individual may have to manually go out and care for the grass but with the grass will be green. During construction or maybe just because an individual wants to, the grass either dies or it is just time to rip it up and replant. *I am in no way a gardner so please forgive my lack of the correct usuage of terms* There is no reason be scared of it it’s just life.
Artificial turf is easy to maintain because it’s not real but it doesn’t usually look anywhere close to as nice as the real thing. So spend the time watering your grass. If you need to bring some over when you are coming back to your side of the fence. There is no reason to just wish that your grass looks as green as someone elses. Make it look even better.
